What is the difference between Rinnai and its leading competitor?

How long is the warranty period for Zojirushi?
All Zojirushi electrical models carry a limited 1-year product warranty. Non-electrical items carry a 7-day product warranty.
Do you offer free home service for Zojurishi products?
No. But customers can always contact our office for other service options.
Is Zojirushi a Japanese brand?
Yes. Zojirushi is a Japanese brand. Established in Osaka in 1918. Originally named Ichikawa Brothers Trading Company.
What is the difference between Zojirushi and its leading competitor?
Although both brands may have the same quality, Zojirushi has features that are not offered by our leading competitor. Our stainless bottles for example have another layer of coating that protects them not only from stains but from odour as well. .
What is the difference between your flatware items and other flatware items available in the market?
All flatware items produced by Mitsui are inspected and weighted before being released to the market. Mitsui only uses the finest stainless materials (e.g. SUS 304) for all its flatware items. This is to prevent corrosion from happening in the short run.
How is the quality of U.S Ware and Crown products?
U.S. Ware only uses food-grade materials for all its products. These materials are tested in laboratories and are backed by international certificates.
